Wade Handley
General Manager
Wade brings the Valtex family over 20 years of field experience in all aspects of construction with a specialty in structural framing. Before merging with Valtex, Wade was the owner-operator of a Southwest Florida construction company. Wade is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Luis Sosa
Shop Manager
Luis has been with Valtex for 20 years, working directly with the crews, ensuring their safety as well as making sure they are properly outfitted and equipped for each work day.

Luis Colon
Concrete Superintendent
Mr. Colon has been part of the Valtex family for over 15 years and possesses a vast amount of experience in all aspects of concrete construction. Luis and his team directly monitor all ongoing concrete projects, both residential and commercial.

Devin Ramsey
Project Manager
Devin oversees employees and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Flor Jimenez
Chief Finance Officer
Flor has been an integral part of the Valtex family for almost 20 years. She is responsible for managing company finances, including risk management, record keeping and financial reporting.

Tristen Madrid
Office Manager
Tristen oversees office staff in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources.

Kyle Wilkins
Operations/Estimating
Kyle is responsible for determining the amount of materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete a project as well as preparing and submitting proposals.
