Wade brings the Valtex family over 20 years of field experience in all aspects of construction with a specialty in structural framing. Before merging with Valtex, Wade was the owner-operator of a Southwest Florida construction company. Wade’s responsible for the overall operational efficiency and all aspects of Valtex.
Controls and monitors all daily operations of the company acting as liaison between the office and field. Maintains communications with project managers and field superintendents throughout the duration of each project.
Luis has been with Valtex for 20 years, working directly with the crews to ensure their safety, and that they are properly outfitted and equipped for each work day.
Oversees office staff in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, and proposal submissions.
Has been part of the Valtex family for over 15 years and possesses a vast amount of experience in all aspects of concrete construction. Luis and his team directly monitor all ongoing concrete projects both residential and commercial.

Flor has been an integral part of the Valtex family for almost 20 years. She is responsible for all aspects of managing company finances, including risk management, record keeping, and financial reporting.
