Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Fort Myers Florida, we are also licensed in Texas, North Dakota, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Valtex has a proven track record in all aspects of Structural Framing and Concrete, maintaining a highly diverse project portfolio. From residential to large scale commercial complexes, we aspire to set the standard for quality and efficiency.
Our management staff possess years of experience in virtually every area of construction. Valtex is well staffed to self-perform multiple facets and phases of construction regardless of the project size or scope.
We are bondable and have extensive experience working with COI, Section 3, and Davis Bacon Act.
At Valtex, we still adhere to the old-fashioned way of doing busines with emphasis on quality, honesty, integrity, and excellent communication throughout the entire project. We genuinely believe that "Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty."

Safe Site Consulting: We retain an independent company to develop our job specific safety plans, conduct employee training, and randomly inspect each jobsite.
Our Superintendents are required to have their 30 hour OSHA certification.
We routinely conduct companywide safety presentations that are mandatory for all in the field employees.
We provide the highest quality tools and equipment to our employees and mandate regular inspections.
